The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) will shortly publish the results for the ICAI CA Intermediate and Final exams of 2024. Candidates who took these exams can check and download their results from the official websites: icai.nic.in/caresult, icai.org, or icai.nic.in once they are available.
Expected Date of Results
The ICAI CA Intermediate and Final exam results for 2024 are anticipated to be announced between July 5th and July 10th. However, Dhiraj Khandelwal, CCM of ICAI, noted on his X account that there might be a slight delay of 1 or 2 days from the initially expected date of July 5th. Thus, students should wait for the official notification from ICAI for the precise release date. The exact date and time for the ICAI CA May 2024 results have not been officially confirmed yet.
Exam Details
The CA Final exams for Group 1 were conducted on May 2, 4, and 6, and for Group 2 on May 8, 10, and 12. The CA Inter exams for May 2024 took place from May 3 to 13, covering both Group 1 and Group 2.

- Visit the official ICAI website: icai.nic.in/caresult, icai.org, or icai.nic.in.
- Locate and click on the tab for CA Intermediate or CA Final Results May 2024, depending on your exam.
- You will be directed to a new page where you need to enter your login credentials, such as Registration or Roll number and password.
- Carefully enter the required details and click on Submit.
- Your CA Intermediate or CA Final May 2024 result will be displayed on the screen.
- Verify all the details mentioned in your result thoroughly.
- Download the result and take a printout for future reference.
Exam Structure and Qualification Criteria
The CA Intermediate exam consists of 6 papers, each worth 100 marks. Each paper includes objective-type questions that account for 30% of the total marks, with the remaining 70% following the current assessment pattern. To pass, candidates must clear both groups simultaneously by scoring at least 40% marks on each paper in one attempt and a minimum of 50% marks across all documents within each group.
